In Bezhanitsy district prosecutor's office takes measures for restoration of the housing rights of persons from among orphan children

Prosecutor's office Bezhanitsy district Pskov region carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on protection of the rights and lawful persons from among orphan children. During supervising actions it is established that the local resident from among persons of the specified category consists on the account in division of body of guardianship and area guardianship since 2014, wishing to receive the living space put by it owing to requirements of the law.
