In Kemerovo Region prosecutor's office helped five citizens to receive from among orphan children apartments

Prosecutor's office Yaya district Kemerovo region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that five orphans included local governments of the area in lists on granting premises, were not provided with them. In this regard the prosecutor sent to court statements of claim about a duty of administration to provide citizens with housing. requirements of prosecutor's offices are satisfied with solutions of vessels.
