Government of India approved start of the program of construction six not nuclear submarines which total cost makes 6,14 billion dollars. In tender it is included, including the Russian JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CENTRAL ENGINEERING OFFICE ASSEMBLY TRUST "RUBIN". Government of India is going to apply for the first time at execution orders model of the strategic partnership, allowing to select the private local companies for creation of the arms and platforms which will cooperate with foreign producers of the original equipment.
