29 years ago (1992) the Russian space agency was formed at Government of the Russian Federation (nowadays ROSKOSMOS STATE CORPORATION). Agency was created by the decree President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin instead of the Ministry of the general mechanical engineering supervising all space-rocket branch of the country abolished in November, 1991.
