The position of the government on affairs against Russian Federation will be proved by the State Office of Public Prosecutor

The representation is transferred in the international affairs to it from Ministry of Justice the President Vladimir Putin introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation amendments to the constitutional law on the Constitutional court and the law on prosecutor's office, having suggested to transfer supervising department the right for representation of interests of Russian Federation in European Court of Human Rights, and also in court Eurasian Economic Community and Economic court Commonwealth of Independent States. Now these powers are assigned to the Ministry of Justice.
