Russian Federation outstripped 8 countries Europe on an indicator of early enterprise activity

To Russian Federation for 15 years the project is realized by research group of the Highest schools management Sankt-Peterburgsky gosudarstvenny university, St. Petersburg university or St.Petersburg State University, including since 2018 — with Sber's financial support.
