To Kaliningrad Region on June 1, in Children's Day, it will be impossible to buy alcoholic beverages. Legislatively Oblduma approved a ban in November, 2019. To buy alcohol, except June 1 it is impossible in three holidays in a year — Day of youth (on June 27), Knowledge Day (on September 1) and the All-Russian day of sobriety (on September 11). If them postpone to weekdays, the ban will concern also additional day off.
