"United Russia" Party brought offline

To evening of Monday "United Russia" Party could not publish full results of the Duma primaries. Party members were brought by regions where citizens could vote as in electronic form, and on sites. The commissions which considered paper bulletins, could not cope in days with counting of votes. However available data say that the straw vote of ER passed in the basic without surprises.
