Prosecutor's office Malaya Vishera district Novgorod region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors in part provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that 5 orphans included local government in the list on extraordinary granting premises, since 2020 were not provided with them. For restoration of the violated rights of the specified citizens the prosecutor sent to court statements of claim with the requirement to oblige administration of the area to provide them with the corresponding housing. requirements of prosecutor's offices are satisfied with court decisions .
