Prosecutor's office Orshanka district Mari El Republic carried out an inspection according to the address of the citizen about violation of its rights, to the arrived prosecutor on personal reception. The citizen complained to the prosecutor of violation of its rights by the legal entity – PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM", being owner of the communication line passable on land plot the applicant.
