The Kazakhstan deputy expelled from Nur Otan party after incident with patrolmen. The deputy Pavlodarskogo regional maslikhata Abishev is excluded from members of ruling "Nur Otan" Democratic People's Party, his deputy powers are stopped ahead of schedule.
