Unity and fight of antiopportunities

In nine one-mandatory districts on primaries "United Russia" Party acting deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will compete with each other. In certain cases the parliamentarians who have won in these districts last elections, will fight against the colleagues having status Duma positions. In ER consider that the "bespretsedenty" competition on primaries will promote selection of strong candidates.
