Igor Bulantsev – the master of sports in rally and the finance director JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "UNITED CHEMICAL COMPANY "URALKHIM", became the first at the second stage of the championship Russian Federation on rally in Gukovo Rostov Region, thereby having met expectation of all fans and having given them enormous pleasure. On May 21-23 in Gukovo Rostov Region there passed the second stage of the championship Russian Federation on rally. The general extent of the route made 162,39 km, 121,99 of them – a distance of 10 SU (the winner is determined by time of passing of this special stage).
