Bookmakers could not receive from Minfin specification concerning assignments for rates on foreign competitions even through court. It refused to their First self-regulating organization (SRO) the corresponding claim. Participants of the market complain that if in one sport some leagues and federations work, is not clear to which they have to pay. Business is afraid of sanctions for incorrect interpretation of the law up to revocation of license, and Minfin does not hurry with explanations that "separate leagues" did not suffer, experts speak.
