To Kostroma Region there will be the fourth municipal district — the correspondent of information agency "REGNUM" reports. The decision on association of three rural settlements of Kologrivsky rayonai Kologriv deputies approved on May 20 Regional Duma of Kostroma. In the area the two-level system of the power (the settlement and the area) will be liquidated. According to the acting head of the area Danilov Sergei, elimination of settlements will not lead to noticeable reduction of number of officials.
