State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted on May 19 in the third reading amendments about measures of support of families with children which President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin offered in the message to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. They concern including lonely parents and pregnant women. According to the bill, since July 1 to the women who were registered in connection with pregnancy till 12 weeks, will pay not single, but a monthly grant at a rate of a half of a living wage.
