A series of matches was lost by team of basketball club of the Lithuanian Taurage because of the player who handed over matches for the sake of rates, the press service of the Klaipeda district prosecutor's offices reports on May 17. According to the investigation, the basketball player in 2019 and 2020 staked in bookmaker office on loss of the team, and then played so that the team suffered defeat.
