Richard Grenell, fulfilling duties of the director of National investigation at Donald Trump and the former ambassador of United States of America to Germany, is convinced that the head of Council of domestic policy Syuzan Elizabeth Rays is "the shadow president" the countries. He declared it during conversation with members of Conservative conference of political actions.
