About results of check of legality and overall performance of law enforcement agencies of disclosure and investigation of crimes in the sphere of information and telecommunication technologies

Prosecutor's office of Khabarovsk territory checked performance of the legislation in the sphere of information and telecommunication technologies and the condition of work of law enforcement agencies on counteraction to crimes of the specified category is analysed. It is established that in 2 months 2021 solvability of this type of crimes made 17,6%, 142 criminal cases are directed to court.
