Arbitration Moscow satisfied claim PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY NATIONAL BANK "TRUST", to the under control Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia), and collected about JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OTKRYTIYE HOLDING" nearly 35 billion rubles. At the heart of dispute contract loans which was given out to the respondent in 2015 when the Otkrytiye group became a sanator of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY NATIONAL BANK "TRUST" lay.
