Federal Air Transport Agency brought up again a question of obligatory registration of foreign planes in the Russian register since 2023. By data newspaper "Kommersant", agency notified the largest airlines on preparation of the corresponding regulation and urged to estimate possible consequences in days. The branch negatively estimates idea extremely: its realization, according to the experts, will significantly increase leasing payments or even will force airlines to refuse foreign planes.
