The bill of bankruptcy legal persons corrected

Ministries of Economic Development brought the last editings in the bill of bankruptcy legal persons before its representation in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. On a ministry plan, there have to be only two procedures – restructuring of debts and competitive production (elimination). Besides, reform institutes the arbitration managing directors (AMD) is planned – they will be appointed on the basis of a mark assessment which will quarterly pay off, write daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya".
