"Management organization Region" from Kaliningrad allowed to construct a complex of apartments on Matrosov Street in Baltiysk. Permission gave out Regional agency on architecture and to town-planning. The total area of three-storyed buildings will make 2739,30 sq.m. Object have to build till May, 2024. According to the public cadastral card, land plot of the 2 095 sq.m is in 170 meters from the coast of the Baltic Sea and is intended "for other types of use, characteristic for settlements".
