May 7. information agency "Interfaks" - Fourth arbitration appeal court recognized illegal renewal of the license for an oil and gas field to Sakha (Yakutia) Republic from the large debtor PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS OKRUG - YUGRA" - JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "IRELYAKHNEFT" - on LLC "IRELYAKHSKOYE". According to a card file of arbitration affairs, JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "IRELYAKHNEFT" owned the oil and gas license for the Irelyakhsky field since 1993. At the end of 2017 company created Irelyakhskoye subsidiary from shares in it 100%.
