On the page in Social network Facebook the vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences spoke the published MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION the draft of the order on modification of the provision on dissertation council. In particular, the academician writes: "The main changes there are connected (and) with a possibility of participation in a remote interactive mode of part of members of dissertation council (no more than a half) and opponents; and an inclusion opportunity in structure of council of colleagues with a stepnye of PhD which has been had in the foreign state (no more than a quarter of members of council)...
