"Considering impudence of a crime" — court sent the mayor Rybny and his deputy to a pre-trial detention center

The head of administration Rybnogo Aleksey Polukarov and his first deputy Simakov Sergei are sent to a pre-trial detention center for two months. The measure of restraint was chosen by Rybnoye district district court Ryazan region on April 28. About it it is reported on a site of vessels. Aleksey Polukarov and Simakov Sergei are suspected that offered a bribe to the official in the form of property for the sum of 1,5 million. Their actions were stopped by UFSB.
