A tax deduction for housing and a mortgage can increase to 910 thousand rubles

The bill in which it is offered to increase the sum of a property deduction for purchase apartments to 3 million rubles is introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. It is also recommended to increase to 4 million rubles the deduction sum on payment of percent on credit. The initiative belongs to the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Liberal Democratic Party of Russia to Maxime Zaytsev. The parliamentarian including suggests to return 13% from the spent means for each bought object real estates – now it is possible to receive a property deduction once in life.
