State of emergency is entered into 16 of 24 provinces Ecuador because of the critical situation which has developed in health care because of a pandemic of Koronavirus, the relevant decree was signed by the president of this Andean country Lenin Volter Moreno Garses on April 23, reports Prensa Latina.
