Vyacheslav Gayzer condemned, but did not punish

Syktyvkar Gorodskoye court Komi Republic announced a sentence to the former head Komi Republic to Vyacheslav Gayzer. The ex-official who is already serving long sentence on the first business, was accused of excess of powers of office: according to the investigators, mister Vyacheslav Gayzer illegally charged to the former mayor Syktyvkar to allocate to one of the confidants land plots under construction. The ex-head of the republic received one and a half years of imprisonment, but was exempted from an execution of the punishment in connection with lapse of time.
