Consortium as a part of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MANAGEMENT COMPANY RFPI", "ER-Telekom" and Talos Fund I LP fund reported about purchase LLC "Svyaz VSD", Russian "daughter" of the Dutch companies to Linx Telecommunications Holding BV (Linxdatacenter). Using Linxdatacenter assets, including the cloudy LinxCloud platform and two data-processing center (TsOD) in Moscow and Saint Petersburg with a total area of 13,4 thousand sq.m, the consortium intends to construct "leading autonomous cloudy service to Russian Federation".
