The hole in the protection, framing the river Tom, was formed yesterday, on April 17. The citizen hastened to report about gaping emptiness, having commented that the fencing "lay down to have a rest". The probability is not excluded that the fence suffered from hands of local "masters". Residents of Kemerovo are afraid that the gap in a protection of the city embankment can attract curious children. And therefore hope that the authorities will urgently react...
