Council Syktyvkar will transfer the right to approve rules of land use and building of City administration

Syktyvkar passed public hearings in the city hall according to the project of changes in the charter of the city district. As explained in the press service of City administration, updating of the charter is dictated by need of its reduction in compliance with the federal and regional legislation. About 25 people took part in hearings from among residents, deputies of different levels.
