The youth of northern territories of the region will gather in Norilsk at the first forum "North Youth"

More than 200 activists and representatives of the public youth organizations will participate in a forum aged from 14 till 35 years. Participants will consider the most actual social and economic, political, ecological, educational, urbanistic, cultural and other tasks which face today northern territories of the region.
