Prosecutor's office Usman district Lipetsk region according to the address of the local resident carried out an inspection of completeness and timeliness of execution by local government duties on provision of housing for social and unprotected category of citizens. It is established that the disabled person of 1 group lives in the house which is not meeting the requirements of safety, however local government, despite addresses, a measure for granting other housing to it did not take. Within powers on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens the prosecutor appealed in interests of the disabled person to court the requirement about providing with its premises.
