Annual meeting approved the annual report of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "SIBUR HOLDING" and the annual accounting reporting for 2020. Shareholders companies made the decision on payment dividends by results of 2020 of 41 173 million rubles. Thus 35% of the corrected net profit are directed on dividends on IFRS for the first half of the year 2020 and, according to the approved new dividend policy, 50% of the corrected net profit on IFRS for the second half of the year 2020.
