The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres urged to prolong for 2022 a delay on payment of debts of the poor countries, transfers RIA Novosti news agency. According to him, it is necessary to solve a problem of debt crisis by means of a suspension of payment of a debt, write-off of debts to the countries which need it.
