Experts in the Urals warned against analogy of KRT to renovation

In Yekaterinburg experts discussed questions of implementation of the legislation of complex development territories. The relevant law in March was adopted by Legislative assembly of Sverdlovsk region and the governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev signed. Let's remind, the federal law on complex development territories assumes moving physically outdated housing stocks and updating of city building with attraction of private investments.
