"Pereproshivka of consciousness": the American NPO is going to attract the Ukrainian youth in policy

The American National democratic institute * intends to be engaged in training of youth fractions in Ukraine. The organization plans to provide trainings and master classes on which it will be told how to involve young people in policy, to develop leadership skills and to come into contacts with colleagues from other countries. As institute is reported nearly 30 years in the NPO document which TV channel "RT" studied, is engaged in strengthening Ukrainian "democratic establishments".
