"Akvalor" did not wash away taxes

"Farmamed" got chance to achieve collecting 1,8 billion rubles from the Russian structure Stada Arzneimittel AG, bought from it the right on "Akvalor". Dispute is caused by additional accrual to the seller taxes from the income from the transaction. The parties of contracts dispersed in estimates of the shortage has to be paid for what account. In the cassation earlier claim "Farmameda" was rejected, but Supreme Court of the Russian Federation directed business on new consideration.
