In Minsk intend to toughen responsibility for failures of giving of heat to apartments, the chairman of the Minsk Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies Vladimir Kukharev on Monday declared. "For the summer period it is necessary to replace all heat exchangers in houses where it is required.
