Since April 1 of this year buyers of new smartphones will be able to establish a mobile application JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "POST RUSSIA" at the first start of the device and at once to start using mail services. Last year the Russian Post appendix JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "POST RUSSIA" was included in the list of socially significant appendices which Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation recommends to establish for smartphones.
