Heads of fractions of Communist Party of the Russian Federation and Liberal Democratic Party of Russia in Gossobraniye — State Assembly – Kurultai Republic of Bashkortostan declared creation of interfractional group for investigation of growth of payments for heating in the winter of 2020-2021.
