Regional tactical and special doctrines on elimination of consequences of a spring high water passed on March 26 in Lukhovitsy. Action consisted of several parts. Since morning at Recreation centers "Start" was organized display of special equipment which is on arms at divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Further in the recreation center there passed theoretical part of doctrines. Representatives of services who are involved in work on prevention of emergency situations in the period of a high water, told about preparation for flood, shared forecasts.
