On Monday morning at the first session National assembly of Lao People's Democratic Republic the 9th convocation the secretary general of the Central committee of National and revolutionary party Laos / the Central Committee of NRPL/Sisulit Tkhonglun was elected the new president of the country, having replaced on this post Bunnyang Vorachit.
