In Cuba approved strategy on attraction of the foreign capital

State Council of Republic Cuba developed 33 programs for attraction of foreign investments in national agricultural system, the head of business department of Ministry of Agriculture declared islands Vilyar Susana on March 14 in Prensa Latina interview.
