Requirements to a turn of information on citizens can toughen

Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation prepared amendments to the bill "About modification of Law "About Personal Information" which regulate policy of processing of the depersonalized data, write daily business newspaper "Vedomosti". It is supposed that now the operator will not be able to use any additional information which helps to define accessory of personal information to the specific subject. It will be forbidden to transfer in addition to the depersonalized data to the third parties information which will allow to identify the specific person.
