Thirteenth Arbitration Court of Appeals reconsidered a verdict in the multimillion claim JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AB "RUSSIA" (his procedural assignee — JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BERG") to plant of Trolza trolleybuses and five more companies, including JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ENLIT". This verdict which can be still challenged, confirmed collecting in favor of companies "Berg" of a debt on credit in the general size more than 189,6 million rubles, transfers information agency "REGNUM".
