INTERFAX-SIBERIA - Arbitration court of Novosibirsk region registered the statement of Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" with the requirement to declare bankrupt LLC "VPK-Oil" (Chechen Republic), owning Kochenevsky oil refinery to Novosibirsk Region, is reported in materials vessels. Date of consideration of the case is not appointed yet. As the press service of vessels reported, the sum of debts declared by the claimant makes 708,2 million rubles. Business to Novosibirsk district court of Novosibirsk region was redirected by Arbitral tribunal of the Chechen Republic.
