Goszhilinspektsiya will start fining Russians for the carpets hanging on walls

On March 1 the moratorium on penalties for hanging out carpets on walls of premises ended. Minstroy forbade to hang up carpets in 2018, but within three years Goszhilinspektsiya (GZhI) was limited to preventions. Despite requirements Minstroy, in million Russian dwellings of a wall "are still decorated" with carpets. It creates additional weight load of vertical surfaces, breaks circulation in an interface between plaster and wall-paper, promotes fogging and loss of durability of a wall.
