To Montenegro citizens removed the wreath assigned by governmental delegation

The wreath assigned by governmental delegation Montenegro to a tomb of the king Nicol I on the occasion of the 100 anniversary of his death, was removed by citizens right after assignment, on March 2 reports RTCG.
